Privacy policy
Last updated 31 July 2026.
The short version
This site does not ask you for any personal information, does not have accounts or logins, and sets no cookies of its own.
Advertising
We intend to show advertising through the Google Display Network to cover the cost of running the site. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies to select and measure ads. Where UK and EEA consent rules apply, that consent is requested through Google's own privacy and messaging tool before any such cookie is set, and you can decline. Google's use of the data it collects is governed by Google's own privacy terms, not by ours.
Advertising is not live yet. Until it is, this site sets no cookies at all.
Our own scripting
The pages you are reading are static files. The only scripting we add runs in your browser to check how old the listings are, to work out today's date, and to filter the event list. It stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, for security and to keep the service running. These are handled by the hosting provider under their own retention policy and are not used to build a profile of you.
External links
We link out to the venues, Brent Council, RingGo and TfL. Those sites have their own privacy policies and their own cookies, and we have no control over either.
If you email us we keep the message so we can reply and so we can check that whatever you reported was fixed. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Given the above, that will usually be nothing beyond an email you sent us. Contact us to ask.
Wembley Event Days is operated as an independent site. Queries about this policy can be sent to the address on the contact page.
