Useful things to tell us

• An event date that is wrong, missing, or still listed after it was cancelled.
• A parking rule, restriction hour or penalty amount that has changed.
• Anything on the site that is unclear, or that you had to read twice.

If you can include the page you were on and where you saw the correct information, that makes it much faster to check and fix.

What we cannot help with

• Penalty charge notices. We have no connection to Brent Council and no access to their systems. Challenge or pay a PCN through Brent Council (opens in a new tab).
• Tickets. We do not sell them and have no relationship with either venue. Contact the venue or your ticket seller.
• Parking permits. These are issued by Brent through RingGo (opens in a new tab).
