On the ground
The council has already said yes to this date. Brent's page for the Union Jack Classic states that the event day parking scheme will be enforced on Saturday 19 September, and Spiritbox at the Arena inherits that whole. It does not matter that the Arena show is the smaller of the two, around 12,500 people against a stadium crowd: the restriction is on the date, and the date is confirmed.
The stadium fixture is a college football game between Arizona State and Kansas. The stadium has not published its kick-off time, so the shape of the afternoon is still open, and the card above will show the time when it appears. What is known is the evening. Spiritbox start at 18:00 on the Tsunami Sea UK Tour, and Boxpark opens its fanpark at 17:00, billed as a post-game party, an hour before the Arena show starts. If the football has finished by then, three crowds share Olympic Way at six: the one leaving the stadium, the one arriving at the Arena, and the one settling in at Boxpark until 23:00.
Brent's notice for the day also brings in the no street drinking order on Olympic Way, which is enforced separately from the parking scheme. That one applies on the walk rather than at the kerb, but it is the same afternoon and the same road.
For the Arena crowd the useful thing to know is that the stadium's rules are your rules that day. The card is the stadium's card. If you are driving, the residential window has been running since 10am and does not lift until midnight, long after the encore.
